Way of life: lactic acid fermentation
Characteristic: produces yoghurt: yoghurt helps with diarrhoea, can positively influence our cholesterol level and it can even have an anti-tumor effect. Here the number of bacteria is decisive - the more bacteria, the healthier the yoghurt.
